2024 Fall Baseball Season with North Park Little League
The Fall Baseball season is run and administered primarily by District 33. Rules and season match-ups are co-ordinated by the District 33 Fall Ball Administrator.
The 2024 Fall Baseball season dates have not yet been officially announced by District 33. The season generally runs for 10-11 weeks with games on Sundays, starting the second Sunday in September and continues until the weekend before Thanksgiving in November. We will send out communication as soon as we know more!
We are aiming to have rosters formed and team practices starting during the week of August 18th. Practice times are determined on a team by team basis and may be at either Garfield Elementary, Birney Elementary, McKinley Elementary, Ted Williams Field, and/or Golden Hill Rec Center.
Regular registration ends/Late registration begins on August 4th
Final day for registrations for 2024 Fall Baseball is August 11th.

Which divisions are offered for each age level?
Little League determines a players age by the age he or she will be on or before August 31st. This is their "League Age".
Fall Baseball Division Placement should match their division placement for the upcoming Spring 2025 Season using the League Age 2025 Age Chart. Little League HQ Has not yet released an offical PDF chart on their website yet. Please reference: 2025 Unofficial League Age Chart.
Divisions (Based on 2025 League Age):
Tee Ball (League Age 4) - Not offered. League Age 4 players are not eligible for Fall Baseball
Coach Pitch - League Ages 5-6
CAPS/Machine Pitch - League Ages 7-8
Minor/Player Pitch - League Ages 9-10
Majors - League Age 11-12
Intermediate (50/70)-League Ages 12-13
Juniors - League Age 13-14
Division [X] seems a little advanced for my player, are you sure this is correct?
Most likely yes this is correct. Please remember that all of the other teams in the district that your player will be up against in this division are also all "playing up" in the same way. They should be registereing for the same division that they will be playing in the upcoming spring 2025 season with us!
If there are major safety concerns, please let us know at info@ northparklittleleague.org to seek an exception to play down a division from the recommended guidelines.
Does my child need to assess or tryout?
There is no assessment day in the fall.
Coach Pitch and CAPS divisions rosters are formed by coach and teammate requests, then balanced by age and years of previous baseball experience.
For Minors Player pitch and above divisions with more than one roster/team, a draft is held to form rosters.
What forms will I need for registration?
After registration and payment online, the following FOUR forms need to be filled out, printed and signed:
Medical Release Form
Concussion Information Form
Sudden Cardiac Arrest Information Form
Code of Conduct Form
For the fall season, please have completed and signed copies of these forms to your coach at your first team meeting (before first practice/play with NPLL).
What equipment will my child need?
Players should bring a hat, helmet and glove to assessments and each game or practice. Players are also encouraged to bring their own bat and cleats. Players at the CAPS level and up should wear baseball cleats to each game and practice.
A hat and jersey are included with registration.
NOTE: Per Little League Rules, ALL bats must have the "USA BASEBALL" logo. At the Intermediate and Junior level, BBCOR bats are allowed in addition to USA.
